Activities

There are still some places available for the activities to be held on 10 and 11 May.

The Galicia Tourism Cluster is once again setting out to establish links with other territories and encourage the heads of Galician tourism companies to share their proposals with other professionals and agencies, thus stimulating new visitors to this land. This time it will do so in a tourist destination of reference, but with great potential to also become a source of tourists to Galicia. The Canary Islands will host the two workshops organised for next May by the Cluster with the collaboration of the Xunta de Galicia through the Galician Tourism Agency.

The events will be held in the two main cities of the Canary Islands: on Tuesday 10 May in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Wednesday 11 May in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and in both cases the programme will consist of a workshop that will bring together Galician tourism entrepreneurs with local travel agency managers, an institutional event at which a promotional video of Galicia will be shown, a cocktail tasting prepared by representatives of the Galician gastronomic sector and a prize draw for stays in Galicia among the participating professionals from the Canary Islands.

The Cluster has allocated a total of 25 places for Galician business people, which will be distributed by sector: wholesale travel agencies, hotels, other accommodation and complementary offer companies. There are still some places available and the deadline for registration is Wednesday 13 April at 14:00. Those interested in participating in the trip can receive more information and apply for registration through the form on the Cluster’s website:
