The event has brought together 600 wines and spirits from all denominations of origin of Galicia

A tasting panel made up of members of Asociation of Sommeliers of Gallaecia and technicians from the regulatory boards of designations of Galician origin were responsible for determining the 120 wines that have finally obtained the Gallaecia prize, awarded by the association of professionals total of 600 wines they presented to the contest. In this edition, the final tasting was held for the first time in the Costa da Morte, particularly in the Logbook Ézaro Building. Recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment as an official contest, the event-driven is composed of more than one hundred sommeliers of the four Galician provinces has been in operation for 18 years association, which has enabled it to consolidate calendar of wine competitions.
