The Galician Tourism Cluster makes available to companies a free system for monitoring and analyzing accommodation establishment occupancy data. The system is a tool for monitoring and analyzing occupancy data, forecast, prices, and various metrics, available to accommodation companies that have a PMS (Property Management System). The application facilitates decision-making by accommodation companies, establishing a comparison between the establishment and the destination. It also allows you to consult data on the type of traveler and their origin, and offers a comparison between the occupancy rate of the establishment and that of the destination.

It is a tool that tourism entrepreneurs can use at no cost. To be part of this system it is necessary to give permission for the connection to the establishment’s management PMS. With regard to privacy, it should be noted that no one will be able to see the company’s data, since the system was designed to guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided. Only the aggregated and anonymized data can be consulted, and the accommodation will receive a confidentiality agreement signed by the Cluster and by the company providing the service (OptimizaData).

This service is launched from the Tourism Cluster in collaboration with the integrated associations (Federations, Provincial Associations, Sectoral Associations…) and is financed by the Xunta de Galicia – Galician Tourism Agency. The event, which could be followed in person and by streaming, was attended by more than 70 executives and owners of Galician accommodation companies.
