The provincial manager claimed the importance of professionalization and digitization as a path to the future in the sector. “We must continue to influence the training of hoteliers and the search for quality tourists, hand in hand with our administrations, because digitization is growing stronger and we must not be left behind,” added Real.
The president of Apehl expressed his gratitude to collaborators and institutions, as well as to the sector in general. In addition, he emphasized the importance of the associative movement not being limited to the province, but extending to the regional, state and even European level. Thanks to Apehl’s membership in organizations such as the Galician Hospitality Industry, the Galician Tourism Cluster, the Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodations (CEHAT), the Spanish Hospitality Business Confederation (CEHE) and the European Hotrec, they have achieved improvements and greater efficiency in the sector.
