The president of the Cluster participated in the presentation of diplomas of the training programme organised by the GDR Terras de Compostela.

 

The Pazo de Vista Alegre, in the municipality of Vedra, hosted the ceremony of presentation of diplomas to participants in the training program in the Integral System of Spanish Tourism Quality in Destination (Sicted) organized by the GDR Terras de Compostela and in which twenty professionals and businesses of the municipalities of the area of Santiago have taken part.

 

The president of the Galician Tourism Cluster, Cesáreo Pardal, was one of those in charge, along with the director of Galician Tourism, Nava Castro; the deputy director of Agader, Moisés Blanco, and the president of the GDR Terras de Compostela, Guarina Rey, to present the diplomas to the participants in the courses that have been developed during the years 2019 and 2020. A total of nineteen businesses (hotels, rural tourism houses, restaurants, travel and active tourism agencies, among others) are included in the new list of companies in the Compostela area that can now boast of their commitment to quality tourism as a destination.

 

At present, another dozen establishments are already participating in a new Sicted training programme promoted by the GDR Terras de Compostela.
