The Galician tourism sector is prepared to promote itself at FITUR 2025. The activity will begin on the opening day of the fair, next Wednesday, January 22, with the opening events at 10:30 a.m., and the presentation ‘Galicia, welcoming land’ from the Xunta de Galicia at 11:45 a.m., with a commitment to consolidating Galicia as a welcoming, authentic destination with international projection.

After this, the Galician Tourism Cluster will present the System for monitoring and analyzing occupancy data for accommodation establishments (SIMADA) in the exhibition ‘From information to success: optimize your hotel decisions’. This analysis tool allows you to compare occupancy data with respect to the destination or similar companies in the destination, as well as prices, their evolution, and various data of interest to accommodations. The Cluster presentation can be followed via streaming. Soon, the link to the broadcast will be shared through the usual channels (main page of the Cluster website, social networks and email).

In total, the Galicia space at FITUR 2025 will have 47 presentations, distributed throughout the three days for professionals of the fair: January 22, 23 and 24. This year, the Galician space will welcome visitors with the motto “You are already in Galicia!”, welcoming them to a community where quality, biodiversity and sustainability will be the axes of a tour of Galician material and intangible heritage.

On the other hand, the business space of the Galicia stand at FITUR will be managed, once again, by the Galicia Tourism Cluster. Associates will have 17 tables where they can hold meetings with tour operators. The Cluster has enabled an email account (fitur@clusterturismogalicia.com) to request date and time reservations for tables. Among the data to be indicated: company, operator with whom the meeting will be held, and number of people who will attend the meeting. A 30-minute slot was established for each meeting.
