Galicia’s digital and sustainable competitiveness plan includes a self-diagnosis tool for companies in the tourism sector to allow them to know their current status, identify critical areas, and carry out comparative analyzes with other similar companies.

 

Training actions have been developed for each company to choose based on their needs: digital marketing, cloud platforms and services, sustainability and cybersecurity.

 

The Galician Higher Hospitality Center has an online training plan for the Galician tourism sector. It is based on personalized advice to tourism and hospitality companies in specific areas, ensuring timely and specific advice in the business area in which you would like to improve. There are 1,228 places, 45,360 training hours and 112 counseling hours.

 

This training plan includes a self-diagnosis tool for companies in the tourism sector to allow them to know their current status, identify critical areas, and carry out comparative analyzes with other similar companies.

 

It also includes 14 micro-pills, which include 1-hour training sessions divided into 4 areas: digital marketing, cloud platforms and services, sustainability, and cybersecurity.

 

The language training plan consists of 12 levels of courses in English, German A1, Portuguese A2, French A1 and Italian A1. The block on sustainability and personalized advice offers training in regenerative economy and energy efficiency management.
