• Join SIMADA, the system for smart management powered by the Cluster

The Galicia Tourism Cluster, in collaboration with the Galicia Tourism Agency, continues to promote the implementation of SIMADA (Accommodation Data Monitoring System), a platform designed to strengthen the competitiveness of the accommodation sector through advanced data analysis.

The tool allows establishments to access up-to-date information on occupancy, price trends, and demand patterns, facilitating decision-making based on real market indicators.

  • Anonymized Information for Improved Planning and Profitability

Through automated connection with Property Management Systems (PMS), SIMADA transforms operational data into clear reports and useful comparisons, including:

  • Occupancy levels by area and period.
  • Average price trends.
  • Seasonality analysis.
  • Aggregate comparisons with the competitive landscape.

All information is presented in anonymized form and in strict compliance with data protection regulations, guaranteeing the confidentiality of each participating establishment.

Joining the system is simple and requires no specific technical knowledge. With a streamlined connection process, accommodations can begin receiving strategic information that helps optimize revenue, adjust rates, and identify market opportunities in real time.

The Cluster encourages accommodation establishments in Galicia to join this initiative, which strengthens the digitalization of the sector and moves towards a more efficient and competitive management model. Companies interested in joining can complete the following form.
