The Galician Tourism Cluster has opened registration to participate in the tourism promotion sessions to be held in Valencia and Porto on May 20 and 21. These sessions will allow Galician companies to present their offerings to local travel agents through workshops.

Each workshop will be attended by a maximum of 26 companies and will last approximately two hours. A promotional video about Galicia will then be screened, followed by an institutional presentation. As an incentive, a raffle will be held among the participants who make the most contacts during the sessions.

The promotional campaign will begin on May 20th with a departure from Vigo Airport to Valencia, and will conclude on May 22nd with a return bus from Porto. The Cluster will cover transportation, organization, and a cocktail dinner, while each attendee will cover accommodations and lunch.

Registration deadline and conditions

Companies interested in participating must register by April 10th at 8:00 PM. Registration will be formalized by completing the corresponding form and making a €100 deposit transfer to account number ES56 0081 0499 6000 0167 4368. The bank receipt must be sent to secretariatecnica@clusterturismogalicia.com. The amount will be refunded once the workshops are completed. In the event of non-attendance without justified cause, a €1,200 fee will be charged, unless the cancellation insurance covers the absence.

Places will be assigned according to the priority criteria established by the Cluster, allowing one person per company to participate.
