The course will be an intensive week in A Veiga, Ourense, from 11 to 15 July

Between 11 and 15 July, the Centre for Tourism Studies and Research of the USC (CETUR) organized in A Veiga (Ourense) VII Course for informers Tourist Offices and guides for the first time takes place outside Santiago de Compostela. The edition of this year, focused on tourism in nature, address issues such as active tourism companies in Galicia, sports tourism in the mountains or in protected natural spaces, landscapes, Galician tourist climate potential, Ecoagroturismo, design hiking trails, brochures or new technologies in the sector. The aim is to deepen the many possibilities, both practical and business, offering hiking, mountaineering and guiding specific activities of nature tourism in Galicia. They will be shown in this way the peculiarities give tourism subsector and will be announced existing cultural resources in the territory also to convey to students a number of interpretive skills and practices, nombradamente regarding the use of new information technologies and mapping .

The course, the deadline is open until June 30 or while supplies seats, will be held in intensive sessions morning and afternoon, which will concentrate classrooms in a single week and develop 15 hours of practice in the mountains of Trevinca, the highest of Galicia sector and, therefore, the only Arela high mountain in the country, through monitoring and analysis of hiking trails on the ground. Enrollees receive the certificate, approved by the Xunta de Galicia, which is required to attend at least 85% of the scheduled hours.
