The City of Culture will host tomorrow, starting at 11am, the presentation of the third edition of the Training Plan promoted by the Tourism Cluster of Galicia and aimed at the Galician tourism sector to improve their professional skills. A plan that includes more than thirty actions that will take place in the next three months in the four Galician provinces

The secretary of the Tourism Cluster of Galicia, Cesáreo Pardal, and the General Director of IFFE Business School, Manuel Carneiro, will be in charge of presenting the Plan, which includes about 300 hours of free training for this professional sector. The masterclass “Memorable experiences and loyalty of clients in the tourism sector” by Juan Carlos Alcaide, maximum referring to national level in customer experience, will serve as starting point of the Plan.
