  • The campaign is divided into two waves, from April to May and from October to November 2025.
  • A landing page, social media sweepstakes, an audiovisual piece, and a Social and Google Ads campaign are some of the actions included in the campaign.

‘Galicia Destino Sostible’ takes another step in its commitment to responsible tourism with the launch of a new campaign that invites visitors to discover Galicia from a more conscious and transformative perspective. Under the slogan ‘+Galicia, +Sustainable,’ this initiative aims to remind everyone that Galicia is not just a destination to be visited, but a place to be felt, experienced, and cared for.

The campaign, promoted by the Galician Tourism Cluster with the support of the Xunta de Galicia – Axencia Turismo de Galicia, seeks to convey that true travel is not about consuming places, but about preserving them, leaving an emotional, not an ecological, mark. Through messages that contrast concepts such as “less distance, more zero km,” “less noise, more tranquility,” or “less overcrowding, more slow tourism,” the campaign invites visitors to experience Galicia in an authentic and sustainable way, highlighting the importance of protecting its natural, cultural, and social heritage.

The promotional strategy is structured in two waves—April and May, and October and November 2025—to encourage the deseasonalization of tourism and attract visitors beyond the peak tourist months. Planned actions include the dissemination of a main audiovisual piece and several promotional clips, a paid media campaign on Social Ads and Google Ads, promotional banners, the launch of a dedicated landing page, collaborations with influencers, and sweepstakes on the social media platforms of “Galicia Sustainable Destination”.

This new initiative reinforces the idea of visiting Galicia to be part of a living territory, where every travel choice has a positive impact on the present and the future. For more information about “Galicia Sustainable Destination” and ways to experience Galicia consciously, you can visit the official website or follow its social media profiles.
