Paradors, five- and four-star hotels, unique locations such as spas, pazos or lighthouses and fifty travel agencies are among the more than 200 companies that have signed up to the Bono Turístico QuedamosenGalicia since its launch. The deadline for companies will remain open throughout the duration of the programme, until 13 December. The beneficiaries, nearly 20,000 employees from the health and social-health sectors, will be able to find out about the application system and enjoy the voucher throughout this week, as it is published in the DOGA
More than twenty rural tourism establishments, spas and other unique sites such as pazos, lighthouses and traffic lights are also among the companies that have signed up to the Bono Turístico, making up a quality and sustainable offer based on some of the main values of the Galician tourism model, such as food and wine, landscape and thermalism.
Among the options offered to the beneficiaries are tourist products or experiences that must offer a minimum discount of 15% on the common price of the service and comply with the appropriate health and hygiene measures to ensure maximum safety for workers and users. In addition, the member companies will receive advice from the Xunta and the Clúster de Turismo de Galicia on any doubts they may have regarding the operation of the event.
Concession by order of registration
The forecast that handles the Xunta is that throughout this week is open the deadline for submission of applications for beneficiaries, about 20,000 employees of health and social sectors that may apply for the Tourist Voucher on a completely voluntary basis. The voucher will be made effective through the delivery to the beneficiaries of a prepaid card of the financial organization Abanca with an amount of 250 euros that will be able to be used until December 13 in the establishments or tourist products adhered. Coinciding with the opening of the registration process, users will be informed of the steps to follow to make their applications online.
