A window, a bird and a star, key elements of the renewed corporate image of Fegatur, which has also released a new promotional video.

The Galician Federation of Rural Tourism (Fegatur) has taken advantage of the epicentre of the summer season to renew its image and present the new promotional video of its campaign The Symphony of Hugs through its Galicia Rural Tourism portal.

The new corporate image is made up of three elements with which it aims to symbolise the values and the offer of the establishments that make up the organisation: a window, “as a metaphor for our houses, the bird as a symbol of all the living beings that inhabit this land, and the star, as a reflection that guides, identifies and remains in the memory”. “Being aware of the diversity that each of the rural tourism lodgings offers, as each house has its own history, we believe that the image of a window in which a little bird, a happy and singing little living being that, after contemplating its surroundings and the stars, prepares to start a new flight in search of more life, symbolises, gathers and shows in a correct way the essence of rural tourism in Galicia”, the organisation explains.

The proximity of the traditional star shower of the Perseids, also known as the Tears of St. Lawrence, has been one of the reasons that has prompted the heads of Fegatur to launch this new image, as well as a new promotional video of the campaign The Symphony of Hugs launched earlier this year. On this occasion, the audiovisual work is entitled The Symphony of Summer Hugs and invites the public to enjoy summer tourism in Galicia, focusing on the attractions of our night skies and the contemplation of the stars.
