The agreement makes it possible to install energy charging points for electric vehicles for all types of tourism companies in the community that are interested and have adequate space.

As stipulated in the framework agreement, ME Renewing will assume all the costs necessary to process, install, operate and maintain the charging stations, including the connection of the charging point to an independent energy supply for the duration of the contract.

As compensation, a flexible shared success model will be proposed for the transfer of space, which will be increased by the sale of energy at the station based on rotation criteria, as well as a series of indicators such as the town hall in which they are located. companies are located, the type of activity they carry out, schedules, or occupation data, among others.

With this agreement, the Cluster reaffirms the sector’s commitment to sustainability, betting on electric mobility, while making it easier for companies in the sector to have an increasingly in-demand service and promoting the local economy, since the agreement includes the commitment to rely on Galician companies for the project installation process, as well as to equip these facilities with the most advanced payment systems and infrastructure with a European guarantee.
