Two hundred people will be able to benefit from this initiative of the Xunta de Galicia and the Ronsel Foundation.
The participants will attend a training workshop and will be advised by a mentor.
The Consellería de Promoción do Emprego e Igualdade and the Ronsel Foundation have just announced the Mentoring Programme for Self-Employment 2022, the new edition of an initiative that aims to help participants in their professional activity and contribute to the adaptation of their businesses to the needs of the market and the new current situation through the introduction of improvements in the field of management and other areas and the increase of their professional contacts and their economic activity.
A total of 200 self-employed persons will be able to benefit from this programme, the registration period for which opened on 22 August. The self-employed with a minimum of 42 months of professional activity and who have received any aid from the Programme for the Promotion of Self-Employment or the Plan for the Promotion and Consolidation of Employment in Small Businesses of new creation between 2017 and 2021 will have preference when it comes to opting for inclusion in this new call of the Mentoring Traballo Autónomo programme.
The activities will start with a 4-hour training workshop for participants to get in touch with the Mentoring process. They will then be assigned a mentor with whom they will be able to hold regular meetings for a maximum period of 7 months.
