The Galician Tourism Cluster will make available to accommodation companies a system for monitoring and analyzing occupancy data for accommodation establishments. All those accommodations that have a PMS-Property Management System can use this application, which in addition to being free, will facilitate the management of establishments and provide information of interest to tourism companies.
The objective of the application is to make available to accommodation companies a system that allows comparing occupancy data with respect to the destination or similar companies in the destination, prices, evolution, and much more. Thus, the risk in making business decisions is reduced and the profitability of the establishments is increased.
To bring this system closer to owners and managers of accommodation companies in Galicia, next Wednesday, May 31, an information session will be held at the GaiásTech Center, located in the City of Culture of Galicia, starting at 5:00 p.m. hours. You can register through this form. During the event, which can be followed by streaming, the CCO and CEO of Optimizadata, Antonio García Ruiz and César Moreno Gil, will speak.
The session will begin with the presentation of the monitoring system, exposing a historical analysis and the prospective occupation. After this, the different models of adherence to the system will be discussed. Next, similar experiences will be presented in other geographical environments, as is the case of Optimizadata’s collaboration with Hosbec in Valencia. Finally, attendees will be able to participate in a round of questions.
