Within the framework of the initiative Galicia, Safe Destination, the Xunta has enabled from this week a free phone line aimed at the Galician tourist sector to solve any possible doubts that may arise in terms of health safety. Thus, companies and professionals who need it can call 900 815 334 from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm, or send an e-mail to info-galiciadestinoseguro@xunta.gal.

This free telephone number will allow a quick and precise response to questions from companies and workers in the sector regarding health and hygiene. The service is part of the Galicia safe destination programme for the improvement of training, advice and economic support for companies in this industry with the aim of encouraging their adaptation to the new reality and promoting Galicia as a reliable and quality destination.

This initiative is part of the Tourism Sector Reactivation Plan, which has a total budget of 27 million euros and nearly fifty measures to minimize the impact of the health crisis and promote its reactivation.
