More than 320 accommodation establishments and travel agencies have joined this programme, which will last until 13 December

Just over 10,300 professionals from the Galician socio-health collective have already applied for the Tourist Voucher #QuedamosenGalicia promoted by the Xunta and the Clúster Turismo de Galicia, which means that in 15 days just over 50% of the places available in this programme have been filled. This programme is designed to inject 5 million euros into companies in the tourist industry, thus helping to reactivate and promote domestic tourism and encouraging economic recovery and job creation after the covid-19 crisis.

If this established budget is used up, some 20,000 employees in the health and social-health sectors will receive a prepaid Abanca card with 250 euros in their name, which they can use until 13 December in the more than 320 companies and products that are members.

Among the options offered to beneficiaries are tourist products or experiences that offer a minimum discount of 15% on the common price of the service, thus adding a bonus by the sector itself, and buy with the appropriate health and safety measures to ensure the safety of workers and users. At present, 315 tourist packages are included and nearly 200 offers have been registered.
