  • The Galician Tourism Agency is offering grants for the purchase of electric bicycles and scooters, and the installation of repair stations and charging points along the Wine Routes of Galicia, with the aim of promoting sustainable mobility.

 

The purpose of the grants is to provide funding to tourist accommodation establishments and wineries located within the territories of the five Wine Routes of Galicia for the purchase, installation, and operation of electric bicycles and scooters, repair stations, and charging points, as well as for the creation of a management system for these electric vehicles and the communication of these experiences, promoting synergies among the stakeholders involved, and fostering an improved wine and food experience and enhancing the value of wine products.

 

There are four eligible expenditure categories for each project:

 

  • Category 1: Repair stations and charging points and landscape restoration.
  • Category 2: Purchase of electric vehicles: electric bicycles and scooters.
  • Category 3: Creation and implementation of the electric vehicle management system.
  • Category 4: Signage and information on experiences created with electric vehicles.
