Sabre consultancy has published a new technical report on what is considered six emerging megatrends that affect service expectations of travelers and hotel chains should take into account to satisfy its customers. The study draws comparisons with other industries in order to identify the most important trends for the hospitality industry and includes case studies that will help hoteliers to create personalized experiences.
