The Galicia Friendly programme, promoted by the Galician Tourism Cluster in collaboration with the Galician Tourism Agency, thus puts an end to an intense process of auditing and improving the language skills of Galician hoteliers that has been developed during the months of September and October with the aim of improving the language skills of their workers and communication supports, both on-line and off-line, allowing them to better meet the needs of foreign tourists. The Galicia Friendly team has taken care of giving advice and personalised support, drawing up reports to guide their actions to improve this attention to the foreign client.
