The new edition of De Tapas Galicia will take place between September 9 and November 27 in seven Galician cities

A promotional bus tour eight Spanish and two Portuguese capital to publicize this program

Lugo, Ourense, Vigo, Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña and Ferrol again host the event “De Tapas por Galicia” with the aim of spreading the values ​​of Galician cuisine through a tapas competition that promotes urban tourism at a time when tourism demand is lower. Thus, throughout the months of September, October and November and under it read it to me “Seven cities, seven flavors” will be developed in a coordinated manner the various competitions, starting with Lugo with his “De Tapas Lugo”, which will run from 9 to 25 September, organized by the Provincial Association of Employers of Hospitality and Tourism Lugo. Between 16 September and 2 October, the city of A Coruña will host the XIII edition of the contest of tapas “Picadillo”, Ourense held the contest pinchos “Sabores de Ourense” from 25 October to 13 November, organized by the Department of Tourism Ourense and the Union de Hostaleros Ourensanos while between 3 and 20 November, Pontevedra with the support of the Department of Promotion, will host the “Pontedetapas” competition.

Ferrol hold its tapas competition between days 10 and 20 November, organized by the Association of Employers of Hospitality of Ferrol and Counties, and Santiago will host between 11 and 27 November a new edition of the “Santiago(e)tapas” organized by the City and Compostela Catering Association. Finally, the Provincial Federation of Hotels Pontevedra edition with the collaboration of the Municipality, organized in Vigo, between 17 and 20 November tapas contest “O petisquiño”.

The ad campaign “De Tapas por Galicia” will top with a gala organized by Turismo de Galicia where the best kebabs in this edition are chosen from among the winners of each of the seven contests.

Promotion
In order to spread the program of Tourism Galicia will have an information bus which will tour major cities of Castilla and Leon, Asturias, Cantabria and Portugal.
