With a fundamentally practical approach and aimed at all professionals in the tourism sector, Proturga will hold between 29 and 31 October two introductory courses on revenue management and digital marketing. Both will be taught by Felix Zulaica, expert and founder of 360 Hotel Managemente, a company specialized in digital marketing and the application of technological tools in the tourism sector.

The first of them, the “Revenue Management” will be held on 29 and 30 October at the Hotel Virgen de la Cerca, Santiago de Compostela, in morning and afternoon which will develop theoretical issues but also practical market segmentation, prices, forecasts and budgets, trends and future of revenue, etc.. In the case of the digital marketing course, the course will be given on October 31 with a theme also fundamentally practical where it will address customer loyalty, distribution costs, opening and use of communication channels with customers (RMs (CustomerRelation Management), email marketing, Adword …) and aspects such as updating websites, CM, SEO, SEM

The course is designed for hotel managers, sales and marketing managers, renue managers, CM as well as tourism students and professionals who are interested in this subject.

The courses can be taken separately or participate in both. The cost of the revenue management course is 180 euros for Proturga members and 300 euros for non-members, although a special price is offered for those who wish to join. In the same way, the marketing course also has a different cost for Proturga members who take the Revenue Management course.
