The Xunta de Galicia launches a new online training program aimed at the tourism sector. On this occasion, the objective is to publicize the usefulness of different artificial intelligence tools in the tourism field, improving its management and the sale of its products and services.

 

The training program, titled “Discover the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Galician tourism company”, will have a duration of 21 hours divided into seven sessions of three hours each. The first will take place this Wednesday, March 13.

 

  • Session 1: Wednesday, March 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – “Fundamentals of AI and overview”
  • Session 2: Wednesday, March 20, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – “The traveler in the Age of AI”
  • Session 3: Wednesday, April 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – “Prompts Engineering”
  • Session 4: Wednesday, April 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – “Implementation of ChatGPT Team”
  • Session 5: Wednesday, April 17, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – “GPT Programming”
  • Session 6: Wednesday, April 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – “Google AI and digital business”
  • Session 7: Monday, April 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – “Regulatory Compliance and Safety”

The program has a total of 100 places, aimed at entrepreneurs, managers or department heads of companies in the Galician tourism sector (agencies, accommodations…). Registration remains open through the Galician Tourism website.

 

The program will focus on the new universe that is born from the hand of artificial intelligence focused from the perspective of the tourism company. It will analyze how Artificial Intelligence, including advanced tools such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google AI solutions, can be catalysts for innovation and efficiency in tourism management.
