Granted on a competitive basis, the game becomes endowed with 90,000 euros

Tourism Galicia has announced the call for the line of annual subsidies for the promotion, promotion and support quality initiatives necessary to meet the demanding standards set by the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE) for obtaining or renewing Q Quality Tourism budget would endowed with 90,000 euros for this year.

The concepts object of this aid are those from external collaborations and services associated with certification processes as the costs of external audits conducted by audit bodies accredited by the ICTE or costs arising from the rights of use of the mark Q in 2016 once achieved certification or renewal of the establishment.

Grants are awarded on a competitive basis being the valuation criteria: the location of the establishment, valuing positively that is located in a declared interest municipality or in a municipality that desfruta or desfrutou of a revitalization plan, excellence, product tourism, competitiveness or SICTED; the period of operation of the establishment and the commitment of the establishment with the quality, sustainability and / or management of accessibility.

In 2015, a total of 170 business centers and hotel, restaurant and leisure Galicia obtained the aid of Galician Tourist Administration for obtaining or maintaining certification Q for Quality Tourism.
