Expourense signed a collaboration and advice in Colombia with the institution in charge of vocational training at the state level, the National Apprenticeship Service (SENA) in in the town of Santiago de Cali, capital of Valle del Cauca. The signing took place at the premises of the complex Salomia, during the celebration of the Academic Competition “Gourmet Colombiana”. This initiative, led by the program “Kitchen Technician” courses offered by the institution in different regions, seeks to encourage research and rescue of traditional cuisine, updating and promoting their inclusion in the letters of restaurants and hotels in the country.
Termatalia and Xantar are the two tourism projects with recognition of “International Trade Fair” by the Government of Spain organized Expourense and, thanks to the global strategic network that have fabric and its specialization in highly specific niche market, it has achieved this agreement that will share knowledge in these fields. The purpose of this collaboration is to advise the SENA on issues related to the Tourism Welfare and Termalismo, which has specialized Expourense thanks to Termatalia; and issues regarding gastronomy and its tourist exploitation, in which the Xantar fair stands in the Iberian Peninsula.

This agreement is based on the pursuit of activities to give a quality response to new employment promotion policies of the Colombian government; so they consider training and high-level training enhance competitiveness.
