Adventure tourism and The course responsible will be the other two fundamental axes on which to build the program of conferences and activities of this trade show, in which the Galician tourism offer will again be present in the hand of Galicia Tourism and a commercial mission by Cluster Turismo Galicia.
Thus, the debate will focus on the importance of stars for life on Earth with conferences such as’ Looking at the skies at night ‘bright diamonds – A journey through the vast universe’, which will provide information on the challenges to Which the international travel industry faces in its objective of making astro-tourism feasible and sustainable.
Adventure tourism, for its part, will include discussions, workshops and group work events to examine as the “Wildlife Tourism,” an additional topic entitled “On a biodiversity and wildlife safari around the world.” This global growth market is increasingly important, for example in Botswana. This is a problem that qualified and experienced tourism professionals will be discussing. Discussions will be held on themes and trends related to wildlife tourism, sustainable tourism and socially responsible. Solutions will be sought for urgent problems such as the effects of light pollution on ecosystems and nocturnal visits to animals in the wild.
ITB Berlin is the main trade fair for the global travel industry. In 2016, more than 10,000 companies and organizations from 187 countries exhibited their products and services to 180,000 visitors, which included 120,000 professional visitors. The fair will be open to professionals until March 10 while the weekend will open to the final public.
