New edition of the Tourism Hosts program

As in previous editions, this one will provide the full catalogue of courses both Detailed Culture (training in customer service) and Detailed Destination (good practices for the comprehensive improvement of tourist destinations) which aims to fill the gaps in the tourism sector in terms of customer service, with content differentiated according to two profiles: staff in contact with the customer and owners or middle managers. Finally, the Destination in Detail programme consists of a single three-week course and will take place between 9 and 29 April 2019.

The Host project aims to promote the culture of detail and attention to detail.
It is aimed at professionals from all subsectors of the Spanish Tourism Quality System (SCTE), including accommodation, travel agencies, tourist transport, tourist guides, ski and mountain resorts, shops, car rental, craftsmen, marinas, active tourism companies, congress centres, convention bureaus, OPCs, health tourist services, taxis and other services. Professionals from public tourist services such as tourist information offices, beaches, protected natural spaces, etc. can also benefit from the plan.

This is a completely online and free training, which will take place between March and June this year. The registration period will be open between 4 and 17 March.
