The Royal Mount Yachts Club of Baiona, the Maritime Club of Vigo and Asmar, with the support of the General Secretary of Tourism of the Xunta de Galicia and the Parador de Turismo of Baiona organize the next 9 and 10 November the second edition of IBERNAUTICA, which will consist of two days of sailing, dedicated to “sustainable tourism”. In this sense, the organisation has created a programme aimed at deepening its contribution to the tourism sector in the three pillars of sustainability (economic, social and environmental), as well as at raising awareness of the true dimensions of the sector, assessing the importance of the tourism sector, identifying opportunities for the development of sustainable tourism, planning actions, and improving the sustainability of projects

The designation of 2017 as the International Year of Sustainable Tourism has thus determined the thematic orientation of this new edition, which will address the need to conserve and sustainably use oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development. Registration for these days is already open, with a variable amount if you choose the option of accommodation or not in the Parador de Baiona. In addition, Asnauga’s associates have a discount on registration, which can be done through this link.
