Communication is a key to connect with the customer and optimize know who will have better results in your business tool, and made sure in Communication Skills seminar which was held this week in Lugo. Twenty tourism professionals attended the workshop in which they were taught how to maximize their communication skills, build confidence and security and make better presentations to the public.
The workshop belongs to the second Training Plan promoted by the Cluster Turismo Galicia, with the collaboration of the Tourism Agency of Galicia and has the support of the Provincial Association of Hospitality in Lugo, whose headquarters the activity is held. Sandra Castro, forming the Inventa School, is responsible for delivering the workshop, in which attendees have essentially a management profile.
The Training Plan by Cluster Turismo Galicia is developed under the organization of IFFE Business School and consists of 150 hours of training spread over various seminars, workshops and courses that are taught in towns of the four provinces. All the activities They have in common their face and free. The aim of the Cluster Turismo Galicia promote greater professionalisation of the sector and improve its competitiveness.
