Galician Tourism promotes an online course on the creation of experiential and sustainable products

Continuous training is a key tool for innovation and sustainable growth. In this context, Turismo de Galicia launches a course focused on the creation of sustainable and experiential tourism products, open until December 31, 2024 for all those interested in the sector.

 

This course, designed to offer practical and useful tools to tourism professionals, aims to help companies improve the management and marketing of their products. Lasting one hour, it focuses on digital transformation and sustainability, two key areas for the future of tourism.

 

The program is divided into several sections, starting with a theoretical introduction, followed by the explanation of a product canvas that guides participants in creating complete products. Topics range from the value proposition and market segmentation to the importance of aligning initiatives with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The course also offers a case study and customizable templates to help participants design and position their own products.

 

The training is aimed at owners, managers, consultants and other tourism professionals who wish to improve their knowledge in marketing and sustainable management. The course is taught by Tirso Maldonado, IT consultant and managing partner at Socialtec, with more than 25 years of experience in the digital and technological field.
