viviendas de uso turístico

This March, the Xunta is launching a cycle of training sessions in the four Galician provinces to bring the tools that the Xunta makes available to the owners of Homes for Tourist Use so that they can send their occupation data quarterly, as has been established since the beginning of this year.

Thus, the technicians of the Consellería will inform the participants in these meetings about practical cases and resolution of doubts about measures that affect them directly, such as the obligation to incorporate their registration number in the Registry of Companies and Tourist Activities (REAT) in the platforms in which they are offered or about the use of the technological tool put in place by the Xunta so that they can send their occupation data quarterly.

The programme includes seven informative meetings in the areas of influence of the five territorial delegations and will be free of charge upon registration. The first ones have already taken place in Ourense and Lugo, while in Santiago it will be held on 5 March at 11.00 a.m., in the Galician Higher Centre of Catering and also that day at 5.00 p.m. in Ribadeo, in the Pedro Murias Agroforestry Training and Experimentation Centre. The assembly hall of the territorial delegation of the Xunta in Vigo will be the venue for the meeting on Tuesday 10th March at 12.00. Finally, on March 12th an information session is scheduled in the conference room of the territorial delegation of the Xunta in Pontevedra, also at 12.00 hours.

Those interested in participating should register beforehand at the addresses corresponding to the territorial delegations. For the sessions in A Coruña province, you must apply for a place at turismo.areacoruna@xunta.gal; for those in Lugo province at area.turismo.lugo@xunta.gal; for those in Ourense at turismo.ourense@xunta.gal and for those in Pontevedra province at axencia.turismo.pontevedra@xunta.gal.
