More than 23,000 people have met during three days of intense activity in which the Gastronomic Forum has turned A Coruña into the capital of the gastronomy of the peninsula, with the presence of outstanding Spanish and Portuguese chefs. In this new edition of the Gastronomic Forum, the exhibition area has grown to 9,500 square meters occupied at ExpoCoruña, which has hosted a hundred speakers, more than 20 of which have been from the herculine city in which it has been a very focused edition In the new galician kitchen and in the kitchen of product and of proximity.
Organized by Auditorium, workshops and the new space of presentations, Ágora, during the three days in which the gastronomic event was celebrated, promoted by Pep Palau, 70 papers were held in which it was the third Gastronomic Forum that welcomes the City herculina and the sixth that passes in Galicia.
The most famous Galician chefs, many of them grouped together in the group Nove and Coruña Cocina, have had their own space for the event. There are also prestigious figures such as the Asturian Marcos Morán and Nacho Manzano, the Andalusian Angel Leon and Diego Gallegos and the Portuguese Henrique Sa Pessoa and Alexandre Silva, without forgetting the sesions related to traditional Galician trades and products such as cheese or The bread, impelled by the Consellería of Rural Medium and the Consellería of Fishing.
