Between this week and next week, A Coruña, Santiago, Pontevedra, Vigo and Ourense will host the programming prior to the celebration of the eighth edition of the Open Days of the five Galician wine routes in which a show has been programmed that includes enocabaret, concerts and wine tastings to make the initiative known in the streets.

One of the main activities will be the launch of an enocabaret that will raise awareness of the importance of the world of wine and will include parades, cabaret performances, concerts, wine tastings, among other activities. After the first stop in A Coruña, it will continue on May 3, in Vigo; on May 6, in Pontevedra; on May 9, in Santiago de Compostela and on May 14, in Ourense.

In all localities, the programme will begin in the morning and continue throughout the day in different streets and squares in the centre of the cities. The show will start at 10.30 a.m., followed by a parade and a cabaret performance at 12 noon. Popular music will arrive at 13.00 hours with a concert of popular music about wine and at 14.00 hours, participants can enjoy a tasting enlivened by a piano concert. In the afternoon, at 17.00 will take place another parade and the day will end at 18.00 with a new concert.

This program serves as a prelude to the Open Days of the Routes of the Wines of Galicia, to be held in June and will have a full program of activities including guided tours of wineries, tastings and menus designed for the occasion, travel in the Wine Bus or special offers of accommodation. The activities will take place during the weekends of 7, 8 and 9 June (Rías Baixas and Ribeiro) and 14, 15 and 16 of the same month (Monterrei, Ribeira Sacra and Valdeorras).
