Until next April 18, the Superior Center of Hospitality of Galicia (CSHG) hosts a series of training sessions within the program ‘Do Mar ao prato’, organized by the Consellería do Mar. The sessions, open and free, include a technical conference given by staff of the Consellería and a series of showcookings by different Galicians cooks like Héctor López, Flavio Morganti, Taky, Juan Crujeiras or Emma Pinal and that are directed to those professionals of the kitchen who want to increase their training on the products of the sea of ​​our Community.

Crustaceans, preserves, molluscs, purchase of products … the sessions always include technical and practical training in the hands of these professionals of the stoves. After the first sessions, held in February and March, Do Mar ao Plato concludes in April with three sessions, under the titles’ The strangers of the river ‘,’ From the sea to the table in a healthy way ‘and’ Healthy cuisine ‘.
