Products made in a traditional way in Galicia will have the ‘Artesanía Alimentaria’ label

The law of the Xunta that regulates food handicrafts was presented today in Boqueixón by the Regional Minister of Rural Affairs, José González

Galician food products made in a traditional way may have the ‘Artesanía Alimentaria’ (Food Crafts) label, linked to ‘Galicia Calidade’. The conditions to qualify for this denomination are reflected in the law of the Xunta de Galicia that regulates food handicrafts. At the presentation ceremony, the Regional Minister for Rural Affairs, José González, was accompanied by the director of the Galician Food Quality Agency, José Luis Cabarcos, as well as by heads of various workshops that produce artisan products.
