Enrique Dans and Jaime López-Chicheri, first swords of the tourist sector in different aspects, will intervene this Tuesday 28th of November in the day of closing of the Formative Plan of the Galician Tourism Cluster, that during the last three months has taken different courses, workshops and seminars to localities of the four Galician provinces under the organization of IFFE Business School. The program will start at 10.00 in the Sala Eisenman (Entrepreneurship Center) in the Cidade da Cultura de Galicia, with the reception of participants, and will be free entry for those interested.
The president of the Galician Tourism Cluster, Francisco González López, will open the day at 10:15 a. m., giving way to the presentation of the results of the program by Manuel Carneiro, general director of IFFE Business School.
It will be followed by the presentation of Jaime López-Chicheri, expert in revenue and hotel marketing and also, president of the Association of Former Students of the Higher Centre of Hotel Management in Galicia. His exhibition is entitled “Strategic management of revenue management, hotel distribution and digital marketing to improve business profitability”.
Enrique Dans, an expert in innovation and digital transformation, professor of innovation at IE Business School and doctorate in Information Systems at UCLA, will continue at 11:15 a. m. with the lecture:”Internet, tourism and digital transformation”.
The event will close with the presentation of diplomas to the participants and the closing ceremony by a director of the Galician Tourism Agency, Nava Castro.
