A total of 104 players disputed in Seville the third test of the Circuit of Golf Senior Tourism of Galicia in Seville, in the Club Zaudin that repeats like sport space for the dispute of this test whose end will arrive to Galician lands. Carlos Menor won the Scratch category with 27 points and the second place in this category went to Miguel Castillo with 26 points.
The handicap winner was Juan Carlos Atienza with 39 stableford points, followed by Manuela Pachón, finalist of the 2017 edition, who achieved a result of 38 points. In the ladies category, the best was Mª José Jiménez González with 39 points and the winner of the senior master category (player of more than 70 years old) and also finalist of the 2017 edition, was José Mª Cobo with 37 points. The winners will play the final on September 24th and 25th in the field of the hotel Balneario Oca Augas Santas in Ribeira Sacra.
As for the special prizes, the best drive, Martin Códax prize, the ladies’ prize was won by Teresa Elder and the gentlemen’s prize was won by José Mª Ortiz. The nearest ball on the hole 9, Aceites Abril prize went to Francisco Rodriguez and on the hole 3, Viña Farnadas prize was awarded to José Luis Canorea. The prize forrabolas courtesy of the Hotel Rua Villar and Real Aeroclub de Santiago was for the penultimate classified handicap, Felipe Lobo and the prizes melon, in scratch and in handicap he treasured them, both Miguel Gastón, in ladies was Rosa Ricca and the senior master was Carlos Arenas.
