The fair dedicated to organic products and ecotourism will be held from 3 to 5 March at EXPOCoruña.
The registration period for exhibitors will be open until 26 February.
The Cluster is once again collaborating in this event in which ecotourism will play a prominent role.
Next March, A Coruña will host a new edition of BioCultura, the organic products and ecotourism fair held in six Spanish cities on a regular basis (annually in Madrid and Barcelona, and every two years in Seville, Bilbao, Valencia and A Coruña), bringing together producers, distributors, professionals and consumers to showcase the latest innovations.
In the case of A Coruña, the fourth edition of BioCultura will take place at the EXPOCoruña facilities on 3, 4 and 5 March, and will bring together more than 200 exhibitors from areas such as organic food, ecotourism, organic cosmetics, sustainable fashion, healthy homes, wellbeing, eco lifestyles, crafts and NGOs. In addition, more than 150 activities are planned to complete the offer that will be available to the public with the aim of exceeding the figure of 14,000 visitors.
The director of events at EXPOCoruña, Pilar López Cordal, highlighted the growing importance of ecotourism at BioCultura, which she described as “one of the most important sectors at this year’s edition” and also highlighted the support that the fair has received from the various institutions and organisations involved in this area: “A Coruña Provincial Council, A Coruña Tourism Consortium, Galicia Tourism Cluster, Xunta, CRAEGA, Municipality of A Coruña, Mariñas Coruñesas Biosphere Reserve… All these institutions have had no doubts in supporting this new edition that puts the accent, once again, on ecotourism. All these institutions will participate in the fair, giving value to the companies and entities of the sector and showing their tourist and environmental activity, linked to the territory as a source of life and economy of present and future”.
