Four ICT experiences in the tourism sector will open this Thursday in the City of Culture the program #UpDatePeme

Promoted by the AMTEGA in collaboration with the Cluster for this first session, the day already has the open inscriptions

In order to serve as a meeting point between the tourism sector and ICT companies and continue to work on reducing the digital divide in Galician tourism companies, Agency for Technological Modernization (AMTEGA) promotes the program #UpDatePeme, whose first session will be focused on the companies of the Galician tourist fabric. The day, which will take place next Thursday, February 23, starting at 7:00 pm, will consist of a one-hour session that will allow participants to learn firsthand four experiences of tourism companies in the implementation of new technologies.

The Tourism Cluster of Galicia has collaborated in the implementation of this first day in which four professionals from the sector will participate: Diego Otero de Abramar Viajes, who will talk about the impact of the consolidators on the tourist distribution; Merchi Rodal de Apartamentos Rodeiramar 2A, which will address your experience in Communication 2.0 for tourists; Óscar Fontán, of the Hotel Oca Puerta del Camino, in which he will present the price monitoring systems in the various marketing channels and Rafael Benito of the Hotel Hesperia Finisterre de A Coruña, which will address the technology sales tools available for hotel reservation .

After the interventions, the questions and the debate will not be lacking, since the objective is to expose topics and issues of interest to arouse interest in the product or service. The sessions will be complemented with recordings of each of the interventions and informative articles on the application of the technologies shown.
