Open deadline to participate in the trade mission to ITB Berlin

The Galician Tourism Cluster is preparing a trade mission to the international tourism fair ITB Berlin, which will take place from 7 to 11 March 2018. The mission will take place from 6 to 9 March, with departure and arrival at Vigo airport and including a suitcase to check in. Includes shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and vice versa and accommodation in bed and breakfast at the Holiday Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz 4 star hotel. Two networking dinners will also be organized as part of the trade mission.

The mission will consist of a maximum of 25 places, with an amount to be paid per person of 624.80 euros for internationalisation services. The applications will also have a priority determined by the group to which the applicant company belongs (travel agencies, accommodation, other groups…). They will also have an agenda management service for meetings with tour operators in Germany, with the aim of increasing the success of the trade mission, providing them with a first contact with companies that can market their products and services in the German market.

In order to prepare this mission, it is necessary that those who wish to participate send us an e-mail to secretariatecnica@clusterturismogalicia.com stating their interest and including personal data (name, surname and ID card) as well as the invoicing data of the entity associated to the CTG (company name, registered office and tax identification number) to make the reservation. The deadline for registration is February 2nd.
It will be a prerequisite for the attendees to present a certificate from the secretary of the association to which they belong stating that they belong to the association, indicating the name of the company.

Any person who confirms his/her attendance and does not attend must pay the total amount of the trip, which amounts to 1,136€, unless for justified reasons contemplated in the cancellation insurance can be covered by it, provided it is effectively returned by the company.
