Convocatoria de subvenciones para eventos de turismo de negocios

Tendrán una dotación global de 650.000 euros, repartidos en ayudas de entre 5.000 y 30.000 euros

 

The Official Gazette of Galicia today publishes the resolution of the Galician Tourism Agency with the bases for granting subsidies to companies that organize congresses, seminars, conventions, incentives or any other event related to meeting tourism in Galicia.
The budget for these grants will be € 200,000 in 2021 and € 450,000 in 2022. According to the score, the projects presented may receive grants of between € 5,000 and € 30,000.
They can appear in the ad:

  • Event technical secretariat expenses: event coordination, call and registration of attendees, protocol.
  • Direct expenses of the speakers, such as travel, allowances, allowances, accommodation and internal transport.
  • Headquarters and equipment expenses such as: rental of premises, rooms, tents and the like; headquarters of congressmen and speakers; lighting, public address and audiovisual services; Exterior and interior signage of the event, signs and labels.
  • Personnel expenses at the service of the event such as: host service, simultaneous translation, event presenters / hosts, artistic recruitment, tour guides or similar.
  • Production and communication costs such as: image and creativity of the event and its adaptations, website of the event, digital or virtual diffusion and / or diffusion platforms, specific applications of the event, promotional material in any medium, advertising, reports and the like.
  • Operational services of the event: transfers of attendees, business breakfasts …
  • Any other expense related to the activities and services included in the event program: complementary activities, as well as protocol services and attention to participants (social program, welcome cocktail, gala dinner or similar) may not be an expense greater than 15%. of the total eligible budget. However, gifts for participants or speakers will not be eligible.
