The agreements represent an investment of 1.3 million euros that will benefit 81 municipalities in the areas of Costa da Morte, Terras de Pontevedra, Ribeira Sacra, Salnés, Ferrol and Arousa Norte.

Turismo de Galicia has just obtained authorisation for the signing of six multi-year collaboration agreements with the six supra-municipal entities that will result in a total investment of 1.3 million euros for the creation and consolidation of new tourism products. The addressees of these agreements are the Consorcio de Turismo Ribeira Sacra, which signs an agreement for an amount of 250,000 euros, the Mancomunidad Terras de Pontevedra, whose agreement amounts to 209,830 euros, Arousa Norte, for an amount of 200,000 euros, the Mancomunidad de Concellos de Ferrol, which amounts to 150,000 euros, the Mancomunidad del Salnés, with an amount of 300,000 euros and the Asociación CMAT (Costa da Morte Tourism Association) for an amount of 150,000 euros.

Through the signing of these agreements, which will benefit 81 Galician municipalities, promotion and internationalisation actions will be carried out, new products will be created and consolidated and accessibility and the implementation and development of new technologies in tourism will be improved, as will the development of new technologies in tourism. It will also help to improve
the accessibility of various xeodestinos and the implementation and development of new technologies in the field of tourism.
With the signing of these six agreements, which will be in force for the next two years, Turismo de Galicia is committed to consolidating the community as a diversified destination that offers tourist attractions spread throughout the Galician geography, putting in value the best resources of each area, which contributes to the specialization of the offer and the deseasonalization in the arrival of visitors, advancing in guided actions under the premises of sustainability and quality of all products and services offered.
