Galicia Gastronomic Forum celebrates its tenth edition with a high-level event in A Coruña

  • It will be held from March 23 to 25 at EXPOCoruña.

The Galicia Gastronomic Forum turns one decade and will celebrate it in style from March 23 to 25 at EXPOCoruña. The fair, which has transcended the Galician sphere to become a reference event in Spain, will bring together key figures of national and international gastronomy.

The program will be full of live demonstrations, talks and tastings, with the participation of chefs such as Javier Olleros, Pepe Solla, Lucía Freitas, Joan Roca and Elena Arzak, as well as international guests such as Kanji Kobayashi, Marsia Taha and Rita Magro.

The event will have three large areas: The Workshop, with live cooking by experts; The Agora, where exhibitors will present their innovations; and the monographic classrooms, which will offer a showcase of trends and products from more than 200 brands.

This year, in addition, liquid gastronomy gains prominence with proposals such as the Wine Circus and its Battle of Sommeliers, the Cocktail Bar Forum and the Craft Beer Market. The big news will be the Coffee Forum, dedicated to specialty coffees.

For Lucía Freitas, Michelin star and regular at the event, the Forum is more than a fair: “It is a space that makes talent visible and allows many chefs to show their essence.”

An essential event for food lovers, which will once again place A Coruña at the culinary epicenter. Professional registration is available with a 50% bonus until February 28.
