The 36th OPC Spain Congress will bring together more than 250 professionals in A Coruña

A Coruña is warming up to host the 36th OPC Spain Congress, organized by OPC Galicia. More than 250 professionals from the MICE sector will meet this week, between February 22 and 24, in Palexco. The meeting will feature presentations focused on various current topics related to the sector, such as the sustainability of events, the adaptation of the MICE sector to technologies such as artificial intelligence, taxation or sponsorship management.

 

The Congress program was developed taking into account the 360º Commitment, focusing on the need for companies in the MICE sector to offer their clients complete, useful and technologically updated services and experiences, but also conscious and sustainable.

 

The progress of the program can be consulted through the congress website. The event will begin this Thursday, February 22, at 12:30 p.m., with the MICE Forum meeting, and will open in the afternoon of that same day, at 4:00 p.m. Thus, a congress will begin with various presentations and activities, among which is the debate table on the importance of mobility and accessibility in MICE, moderated by the president of the Galician Tourism Cluster, Cesáreo Pardal. The congress will end on Saturday, February 24, with a guided tour through the streets of the Herculean city.

 

The 36th National Congress of OPC Spain will allow attendees to update their knowledge with top-level speakers and share ideas, concerns and discoveries. This annual event is one of the main networking meetings between the most active and innovative OPCs in Spain, which will take advantage of their attendance to delve deeper into areas such as: suppliers, destinations, prescribers and clients.
