Colombia will host the 23rd International Thermal Tourism, Health, and Wellness Fair (Termatalia) with the Cluster’s presence

  • The international thermal tourism fair will be held in Paipa from September 24 to 26

Galicia will once again position itself as a benchmark for international thermal tourism with its participation in Termatalia Colombia 2025, which will take place in the city of Paipa (Boyacá) from September 24 to 26. The Galician Tourism Cluster and Expourense will represent the Galician sector at this global event, which will bring together international professionals, destinations, and companies.

As part of the fair, the president of the Galician Tourism Cluster, Cesáreo Pardal, will speak at the 6th International Congress on Water and Health, where he will address the importance of public-private cooperation as a key element in transforming and strengthening the competitiveness of Galician tourism within the “Legislation, Thermal Regulations, and Quality” section.

  • Termatalia will feature a world-class academic agenda

In addition to the exhibition fair and business roundtables, Termatalia Colombia will include a broad academic agenda with experts from more than twelve countries, who will discuss topics such as sustainability, health tourism, thermal cosmetics, and technological innovation in the sector. Galicia, with a renowned thermal and spa tradition, will take advantage of this event to strengthen its international position.

The Galician representation at Paipa will also have a cultural component. The Royal Bagpipe Band of Ourense will travel to Colombia for the first time to perform at the fair, as part of the twinning program between Galicia and the Latin American country. This milestone will serve to promote Galician musical heritage and strengthen ties between the two regions.

Termatalia 2025 will be a unique opportunity to share experiences, open new business opportunities, and consolidate international cooperation around thermalism.
