The only Galician gastronomic fair will have a hundred experiences and the presence of a dozen countries with Brazil as guest, represented by the Prefeitura de Foz do Iguaçu. The event, which will take place next February, could not be missed in Fitur, where he presented his most international program of activities in which, in addition to the traditional and close cross-border cooperation with Portugal, Ibero-American cooperation is joined more strongly than ever.

This event has an international character but without forgetting the roots and one of its fundamental objectives continues to be to promote proximity tourism. Xantar, already a tourist motivation in itself, has launched various packages to invite the traveler to enjoy an enogastronomic experience (also thermal) in Ourense, as the presence at the show will allow you to discover the tourist attractions of the 12 countries represented and participate in the full program of activities aimed at promoting the quality of its cuisine, seen in this edition from a sustainable and healthy perspective.

With the same objective of promoting a destination through its gastronomy and the good results obtained in the previous edition, the “III Workshop on Gastronomic Tourism” is organised, in which a dozen tour operators will take part, attending presentations and B2B meetings with representatives of the different gastronomic destinations present in the show.
