The prestigious guide recognizes the quality of 15 establishments in Galicia, awards four new stars, a Bib Gourmand and three green stars

The Culler de Pau de O Grove restaurant, run by chef Javier Olleros, has become the first in Galicia to receive the recognition of two stars from the Michelin Guide.

In addition, the Silabario, from Vigo; the Eirado da Leña, from Pontevedra and the Miguel González, from Pereiro de Aguiar.

The restaurant O Balado de Boqueixón has received Bib Gourmand recognition for its value for money.

For the first time in its history, the Michelin Guide has awarded “green stars” to establishments that stand out for the use of natural and environmentally friendly products. In Galicia, Culler de Pau, Pepe Vieira and O Balado have received this star.

Mantein the star that had until now the Pepe Vieira restaurant in Poio; the Árbore da Veira, from A Coruña; As Garzas, from Malpica; the Retiro da Costiña, in Santa Comba; A Tafona, from Santiago de Compostela; Casa Marcelo, also from Santiago; Maruja Limón, from Vigo and Nova from Ourense.
