On 9 and 10 May the CSHG will hold its first Forum Gastronomic, the GastroFÓRUM 2016, an initiative in which leading industry professionals appointment will be given and including showcookings, presentations and product tastings. In addition, the meeting will also serve as a meeting point for the sector, which will share their concerns and new culinary techniques or new business models.
The program
Gastrofórum will participate in the prestigious chefs and hospitality professionals and restoration of Galicia as Pepe Solla, Marcelo Tejedor, Hector Lopez, Javier Olleros, Caco, Luis Vieira or Chef Rivera, among others. There will be discussion about our gastronomy and its products, fusion, tradition and new models of restoration will be held. In this context, wine Galician wines, spirits and liqueurs are made, as well as tastings of other local products such as cheese or oil. This gastronomic event will also include holding cooking workshops by large Galician professionals.
