Clúster del Turismo de Galicia

A few days before the new edition of the International Tourism Fair 2018 in Madrid, the Galician Tourism Cluster last their participation in the main national sector fair. One more edition, the stand in Galicia will have a meeting space that will be managed by the Cluster and in which professionals of the sector who so wish will be able to keep their meetings with national and international tour operators. In this way, the Cluster will manage the agenda of the 14 working tables in which meetings will be organized in 30-minute slots for each meeting. To request the use of these tables, professionals may request time reservations for the tables, indicating their company and the operator with whom they are going to meet through an email to fitur@clusterturismogalicia.com. In addition, at the fair itself, they will have at their disposal two people who will be in charge of managing these appointments and controlling the tables.

Presentations at the stand in Galicia
In addition to the participation and active presence of the different associates of the Galician Tourism Cluster in the presentation program that will host the Galician stand throughout the three days of professional fair, on Friday 19 the Galician Tourism Cluster will star in its own presentation. Under the title “New initiatives for the commercialization of Tourism in Galicia”, the president of the Galician Tourism Cluster, Francisco González, will review the tourism products promoted by the CTG in collaboration with its partners and Tourism of Galicia with the aim of improving the commercialization of the Galician tourism offer through differentiation, training and specialization in niche markets such as active tourism, wine tourism or family tourism.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that the CTG will also be present in other activities that will be developed within the framework of Fitur 2018’s extensive programme, such as the Exceltur Tourism Leadership Forum, the Turespaña Forums and the UNWTO Awards for Sustainable Tourism.
